Minimum Eligibility Norms:

  • Candidates should have Diploma in Web Designing/ Graphic OR Bachelor Degree in Design, Arts/ Fine Arts with minimum of 1 to 2 years relevant experience in branding and design with a focus on retail.
  • Proficient with technologies and design software i.e. Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Dreamweaver
  • Strong portfolio of illustrations & other graphic designs
  • Multi-tasking, problem solving and ability to work independently
  • Keen eye for aesthetics & details
  • Efficiency to meet deadlines and work methodically
  • Strong understanding of visual design fundamentals and know the process that how to execute.

Job Description:

  • Present ideas and prepare rough drafts.
  • Conceptualize visuals based on minimum requirements.
  • Determine requirements and study design briefs.
  • Amend designs after feedback.
  • Develop and design illustrations, signage, logos, artwork, pop ups & other designs using software.
  • Launch, set, support in-store marketing campaign and program
  • Continue to optimize, brand visuals and evolve the process.
  • Understand the brand needs, assisting design process, collaborate with retail.
