Job Description for Nurse:

  • Participates in discharge activities
  • Identifies the needs of patient, performs nursing interventions based on the assessment findings, evaluate patient outcomes, implements nursing procedures
  • Develop nursing care plans
  • Remain calm in all emergency of patient’s condition and act efficiently and promptly
  • Assists the physician in performing certain procedures, tests, interventions as per policy and protocol
  • Administering medications, commonly used with expertise and proper knowledge
  • Observes records and reports all nursing findings and abnormalities
  • Documents all unit concerned information and reports
  • Initiate action with in nursing limitation and ability
  • Post procedure to sure the correct sponge count
