Experience:

  • Experience in export import documentation & operation

Job Description:

  • Maintain strong relationship with vendors to obtain updated pricing and freight info.
  • Coordinate & problem solve with carriers, forwarding companies to ensure successful deliveries of customer cargo.
  • Ensure that the accuracy of details like pricing, delivery address, references, packing and etc being conveyed by the customer to the internal teams.
  • Preparing invoice, packing list, certificate of origin for JAFZA free zone cargoes
  • Maintain customer master records on the CRM.
  • Always keep open communication channels with sales, accounts and procurement teams in order to optimize the process.
