Qualification Education: Candidates should have Diploma in Hotel Management or Higher School Secondary with professional certificate in Tourism management and hospitality.

Experience: At least 2 to 3 years of working experience in Club operations/ hotel is also required.

Job Description:

  • To report any maintenance issues to shift leader or senior manager.
  • To ensure that the safety procedures and housekeeping standard operation are followed at all times.
  • Attend housekeeping monthly and weekly meetings and training sessions.
  • General hygiene would be maintained at all times.
  • To report on duty clean, wearing the complete uniform, groomed, and name badge as per policy of the Club
  • Always welcome members and guests with a good morning/ evening/ afternoon and smile
  • To make sure that all cleaning equipment is used as per club operating procedures.
