Qualification: Candidates should have Law Degree from a top international university with minimum of 8 to 10 years in house role in a similar industry (a startup environment is preferred). Experience at an international law firm would be preferable.

  • A methodical approach to work with a strong focus on accuracy
  • Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Direct and lead the legal function to ensure effective management of contractual and legal.
  • Implement and devise legal standards, systems, processes, effective procedures and policies that ensure that legal risks are managed appropriately within the business.
  • Reviewing and draft of complex contracts
  • Negotiating with government regulators and authorities
  • Ensure that the legal risks are managed rightly within the business.
  • Responsible for guiding management & conducting research on various matters involving diverse provisions of law
  • Competency on legal issues and work across all internal groups to instill core knowledge
