Qualification Norms:

  • Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Practical and conceptual knowledge of workshop operations, processes and work flow
  • Technical training on German automotive brands (BMW is the priority)
  • Knowledge of BMW mechanical issues, general repairs and service
  • Customer and quality focus
  • Solid electrical and mechanical knowledge of modern German, European cars

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Providing customer support face to face at the workshop or telephonically
  • Processing repair estimates, making appointments and create invoices & quotations
  • Identify customer problems and logging them to review for technicians
  • Promote company vehicle parts and accessories
  • Maintaining customer contact to ensure smooth delivery of vehicle
  • Familiar with parts and labor charges
  • Create good relationship with regular customers by meeting and exceeding their expectations.

Experience: Candidates should have 5 to 7 years of working experience in which at least 3 years in the UAE. Previous work experience in automotive dealers, independent garages focusing on German car brands is a must.
