Name of Post: Coordinator Ecommerce Operations

Location: Dubai (United Arab Emirates)

Educational Norms: Candidates should have passed certificate of Bachelor Degree and Equivalent. The head quarter of PUMA is located at Herzogenaurach, Germany and it owns the brand Cobra Golf, Stichd, and PUMA.

Experience:

  • Candidates should have minimum 2 to 3 years of hands –on Ecommerce experience with demonstrated business success.
  • Candidates having multi channel retail experience will get extra advantage.
  • Fluency in technical environment and Ecommerce best practices.
  • Candidates should have experience in working with Ecommerce systems like Hybris, Demandware, Magento or similar.
  • Working experience in project management via platform changes, systems/ service providers, integration of new technology and upgrades, testing.
  • Generalist experience in Content Management & Merchandising Systems including analysis of Ecommerce merchandising and sales performance.

Eligibility Norms:

  • Fluency in the English language at the business level (reading, speaking, writing)
  • Profound analytical skills are a must for this position.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Arabic speaker is an advantage.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships.
  • Focus on user experience and acknowledgement of customer’s demands.
  • Should be flexible to accommodate demanding project schedules and business deadlines.
  • Understanding of Ecommerce technology including platform, content management and payment process.
