  • MS Office applications, and proficient in the use of spreadsheets
  • Should be in UAE and willing to work in Al Ain

Specific Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Handover the budget sheet for all related departments involved in project
  • Prepare the project limitation and contract of liabilities
  • Create the bill of Quantities and bill of Materials for each approved project
  • Submit progress reports regularly
  • Determines appropriate logistics solution in managing resources
  • Select the accurate way of working tools, techniques and approaches for employees to execute and implement so that project milestones are easily achieved.
  • Cross check all raw and prepared material requisition with bill of material
  • Meeting with employees and clients if needed
