Qualification Norms: Candidates should have passed certificate of Graduation (Bachelor Degree) from an authorized University.

Experience: Candidates must have relevant experience of 8 to 12 years in the similar role. UAE driving license is mandatory.

Job Description:

  • Visit the stores daily and evaluate restaurant practice
  • Supervise quantities and quality control for preparation of minimize wastage
  • Estimate with food consumption of each restaurant, and schedule delivery of fresh food and beverages.
  • Monitor the performance of restaurants and measure the achievement of target.
  • Develop strategies for improving sales of non performing stores.
  • Set up customer relationship network to build up the brand.
  • Ensure all employees have full knowledge of products and adhere to grooming standard.
  • Daily check beverage and food quantity and quality
  • Build relationship with guests to drive loyalty
  • Program as well as execution of new products and other public relations program
