  • Respond to and handle customer service calls responsibly, professionally, and consistently.
  • Conduct transactions with accuracy and adherence to SLA standards as specified in customer contracts.
  • Record customer support calls on the fault management system, forward to the appropriate technical support resource, and/or escalate as necessary, either internally or externally.
  • Manage issues until they are resolved satisfactorily (finding and addressing faults on the fault management systems, coordinating with third-party vendors);
  • Make sure every day that all open calls are resolved and that clients are routinely updated on the status of their requests.
