Job Description:

  • Prospect potential clients looking to invest in Dubai
  • Attend to sales queries and expand to viewing
  • Follow and complete the paperwork process required to list a property and conclude a sale or rental
  • Able to conduct a market evaluation/ appraisal on properties
  • Working on social portals and media such as Property Finder, Dubbizzle, Bayut, Company Website, Propspace and etc
  • Knowledge of real estate and UAE market laws
  • The consultant will introduce the company property owners or and buyers and sellers of property, those are interested in mandating the company to act as brokers or and advisers for the lease or sale of a property
