Must know how to identify and diagnose phone problems and repair mobile hardware such as LCD replacement for iPad Mini, iPod Touch, Samsung, iPhone, Blackberry, Nokia, Fix charging connector, sim card socket, repair IC/ motherboard and software like phone/ pattern unlock, data transfer, phone recovery and etc.

Efficiency to assist customer, good communication skills and knowledge how to maintain inventory
