Job Description:

  • Carry out duties as assigned
  • Scraping food from dirty dishes, plates, pans, pots, glasses & flatware
  • Daily check of equipment to ensure that they are in good working condition
  • Report to CDP, Sous Chef & Executive Chef for any defects, malfunctions.
  • Cleans ovens, stoves, grills, refrigerators, and using cleaning solutions, brushes and wash cloths
  • Practice and understand the principles of environmental stewardship throughout the restaurant.
  • Assist with food preparation, such as washing, blending soups and peeling vegetables & shellfish.
  • Transports food supplies like as fruits, vegetables, meats and canned foods from freezer or storeroom using trolley/ basket to kitchen.
