Minimum Eligibility Criteria:

Education: Candidates should have Diploma/ Graduation from an authorized University.

Experience: Candidates must have working knowledge from 3 to 8 years and equivalent in similar role.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Experience in ISO9001: 2015 implementation (ISO 22000: 2018 experience is a bonus)
  • EDMS (Electronic Document Management Systems), HACCP awareness, ISO documentation requirements
  • Knowledge in manufacturing of FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) preferable food but not essential
  • Data storage and organization knowledge
  • Proficient typing and editing skills
  • Basic analytical skills, highly organized and work well in fast paced environments

Job Description:

  • Ensure that all data is verified and accurate.
  • Be ensure that documents are backed up/ stored and any retention policies are followed
  • Ensure the proper documents are created and signed
  • Create templates for various types of works
  • File documents in physical and digital records.
  • Report any illness, injury, unsafe acts or conditions immediately
