Job Description:

  • Maintain, repair and provide technical attention to all mechanical and electrical refrigeration systems of the hotel – fridges, freezer, fan coil units, ice makers, chiller and etc
  • Check the performance of refrigeration systems and components
  • Ensure routine cleaning of air handling unit filters and fan coil units
  • Strict control on venting of CFC’s to atmosphere
  • Verify all door closing systems on walk in freezer/ coolers (Latches/ Door Gaskets)
  • Inform and cooperate Engineering storekeeper on purchase of parts
  • Overhauling of refrigeration/ air-condition systems and equipment
  • Cooperate with all engineering colleagues in detention of failures of refrigeration and air condition system and function set up
