For the Post of Front Desk Team Member (Legal)
- To completely understand the amenities, services, and special offers the hotel offers and to share this knowledge with the customer whenever possible in order to increase hotel sales
- dispense friendly service in accordance with the guidelines of our Training Standards Manual.
- To be aware of all requests, both written and verbal, and to respond to them in a considerate and helpful way whenever feasible.
- to be completely informed on and capable of using the front desk systems at the hotel
- To make sure that all costs are properly applied to the visitors’ bills in accordance with the established procedures
- being informed of the hotel’s availability and making sure that every opportunity is used to maximize room sales
- To manage money (cash, checks) as per hotel policy
