Minimum Eligibility Norms:

Qualification Education: Candidates should have Graduation certificate from an authorized University.

Experience: At least 3 to 8 years of working experience is required before apply.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle all necessary administrative tasks.
  • Outgoing and incoming phone calls on day to day basis.
  • Liaise with the inventory team for product procurement based on the orders received.
  • LPO’s/ Placing Orders to suppliers based on new customer order confirmations and follow up on the orders daily.
  • Coordinating with suppliers for new packaging material requirement
  • Liaise with the suppliers for delivery dates.
  • Materials planning for purchase, production and dispatch.
  • Source new suppliers and discuss new ideas for cost cutting.
  • Ensure the material received everyday are as per the quality and specification according to the order placed.
