Eligibility, Role & Responsibilities:

  • Have knowledge of hotel package, rates and discounts.
  • Check daily event sheet, hotel operations, bulletin boards, and be up to date with new procedure, all changes and events.
  • Have knowledge about all features, amenities and guest rooms with all services offered by the hotel.
  • Attend front office monthly meeting, daily 15 minutes training and shift briefing.
  • To ensure an efficient, quick and friendly check out/in and departure of all guests.
  • Ensure the details of guests enter in computer system must be correctly and matched with brand standards.
  • Assign accommodation and rooms on special request if needed.
  • Be flexible according to business trends and understand the correct reservation process.
  • Promote the Marriott reward, Elite and other frequent flyer programs as required.
  • Flexible in subject to work schedule and keep yourself informed with all VIP arrivals.
  • Report any deficiency, and unusual occurrence to the FOM/ FDM
  • Maintain all equipment and hotel property in pristine condition.
  • Ensure all ID proofs are transmitted.
  • Have knowledge of all emergency procedure and know how to act on them.
  • Assistant all guests in problems and answer to their questions
  • Utilize spare time for cleaning.
  • Answer the telephone according to telephone etiquette.
