- Improving/ suggesting on project finishes
- Keeping track record of closed furniture from the stores and using it in upcoming new projects.
- Taking up upgrade of stores as per management guidelines
Job Description:
- Preparing standard BOQ format
- Follow up and submission with mall for drawing approvals
- Follow up for quotes and floating quotes to contractors
- Periodic site visits and daily project follow up
- Contractor appointment and follow up government formalities to start work on site
- Finalizing MEP/ CIVIL & furniture quotes in discussion with HOD for approval
- Handling over to sales team for display and closure of snags.
- Follow up and confirmation of drawings.
