Education: Candidates should have a Bachelor Degree in Management, Business Administration, and Equivalent.

Experience:

  • Supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment is an asset
  • Prior exposure to raw material ordering through an internship or on the job experience
  • Experience with computerized ERP/ MRP systems (SAP highly preferred)

Job Role:

  • Expediting and ordering raw materials for the plants, maintaining open communication with production schedulers and suppliers
  • Expediting inbound orders and reconciling discrepancies in shipments or and invoices with suppliers
  • Analyzing and preparing monthly reports, initiating purchasing orders, forecasting monthly requirements to vendors and monitoring costs of acquisition
