Role & Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with engineers and project managers on different client projects
  • Assist project engineers, managers, draftsman in revising and creating technical and conceptual drawings in Photoshop, Auto CAD, MS Programs
  • Respond to photo calls and emails of client and build good relationship with client
  • Attend design meetings, client meetings & assist them with design and materials pallets
  • Expertise in color collection, layout, lighting, custom furniture, materials selection and all installations
  • Take notes/ meeting minutes and distribute to team members
  • Determine project needs in budgeting phase and cost of completion
  • Set up and break down conference rooms for team and client meetings
  • Opportunity to assist in social media brand management
  • Handling inbound inquiries, correspondence and editing & drafting content
