Using specialized biotechnological tools, this project on the history of humanitarian medicine as a set of emergency interventions aims to produce significant shifts in understanding its scientific and organizational specificity and role in developing clinical norms. It also debates the “rights-based” approach to health access and leads campaigns for drug access.
