HR Consultant Oxford – Duties
You will be in charge of leading HR projects and important focus areas as well as providing this team with excellent strategic and operational assistance. The ideal applicant must be a seasoned HR professional with considerable influence. They must also be able to work flexibly and show a dedication to accomplishing our goals. In exchange, we may be adaptable and will be able to meet the majority of demands for hybrid working that are in line with the business interest. As needed, you may occasionally be asked to work on one of our trust sites.
You should possess a Master’s Degree in HR Management (or comparable experience), be certified by the CIPD, and have demonstrated experience working in a senior workforce or human resources function within a complex business.
