Job Description for EFS Facilities Services Dubai Recruitment: 

  • Carry out electrical, civil, mechanical, refrigeration, air conditioning maintenance, installation and repairs
  • Respond reactive maintenance with the specified service level agreements
  • Ensure and carry out PPM (planned preventative maintenance) is completed on all concerned equipment daily, monthly, weekly and as planned
  • Display a sound info of MEP and Civil concerned works
  • Report to manager for issues and job process on a daily basis
  • Flexible availability for 24×7 roster standby duties and emergency call outs
  • Flexible to work in shifts patterns if or when required
  • Provide adequate reports on allocated work orders
  • Clerical and administration duties as needed by the job
  • Assist in carrying out site inspections, surveys, quotations and estimations
  • Uniform should be worn, and it must be clean and in a good state of repair
  • Maintain a safe place of work and immediately notify the senior of any safety concerns and issues
  • Comply with all procedures and processes i.e. HSEQ, Human Resources, Finance, IT, Operations and Procurement as per local labour law
  • Maintain a tidy and clean appearance
