Minimum Eligibility Norms: Candidates should have Bachelor Degree is good to have but the company value attitude beyond degrees. The knowledge of Project Management Tools and Real Estate is also required.
Arabic language is a must.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- 3 to 5 years of work experience in account management, sales, or and customer success
- Strategic planning, strong written & verbal communication, and project management skills
- Process oriented and analytical mindset
- Active team player, multitasker, and self-starter who can quickly adjust priorities
Responsibilities:
- Serve as day-to-day contact for accounts, highlighting best practices, building trust and rapport while identifying areas of opportunity
- Review the client journey, taking a consultative approach in helping customers overcome issues and achieve targets
- Problem-solving, collaborate and strategize upcoming client meetings with team members
- Complete required visuals and documentations for clients
- Work with the account and sales management team to develop case studies and drill customer references
- Establish a strategic and trusted advisor relationship to help drive continued value of services and products
