Minimum Qualification Norms: Candidates should have Diploma from an authorized university with 6 to 12 years of working experience in concerned field and equivalent.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the cleanliness of the building and working hours may vary dependent upon the size of the building
  • Will work in and report to consultation with soft services coordinator.
  • Ensure all cleaning operations are executed as per the EHS policies of company in a safe manner.
  • Overall day to day cleaning operation responsibility for the practical organization
  • Identify the number of cleaning staff required to save cost and maintain a clean environment
  • To monitor stocks of cleaning materials and equipment for replenishment can be placed on time.
  • Maintain a flexible daily cleaning schedule of all external/ internal areas of the premise.
  • To organize appropriate training for all cleaning staff
  • Daily basis check on all areas of the premises is cleaned as per satisfactory standard.
  • Undertake any additional cleaning duties as directed by Facilities Manager OR Soft Services Coordinator.
  • Attendance of cleaning staff and timesheets for submission to the client
