Minimum Eligibility Norms:

  • Candidates should have Bachelor Degree in Architecture from an authorized University.
  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience in Architecture
  • Up to date knowledge in all stages of the project and understanding client requirements
  • Organizational skills and strong communication
  • Strong skills in documentation, BIM modelling, content development, design, schematic design and construction documentation

Preferred Software Experience:

  • Good grip in MS office especially in Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Vast knowledge of Navisworks, Autodesk, and CAD application
  • Minimum 02 years of Revit experience

Responsibilities:

  • Control the project from beginning to end to ensure high quality, and innovative designs.
  • Communicate with project manager, client, project stakeholders and team members
  • Make on site visits to check on project status and report on the project
