- High School Certificate, ITI, Diploma in hotel industry or equivalent
- Computer basic and knowledge of property management software
- Previous work experience in a 4- or 5-star luxury hotel or serviced apartment environment
- Previous experience as hotel driver, bellman or valet parking driver
- Efficiency to understand English language fluently and clearly
- Valid driving license may need
- Able to move the lift, push, carry, place or pull objects weighting less than or equal to approx. 80 pounds
