The room attendant ensure that all rooms are clean and inviting and address all guest queries knowledgeably and politely. In other words, the Attendants perform a wide range of guest support and services tasks such as settings, parking operations, hotels, dining establishments, retail businesses and outdoor facilities.
Eligibility Norms for Attendant Jobs in Dubai
- High School Diploma in Information technology/ ITI Certificate or Degree/ Diploma in Hotel Industry
- Previous housekeeping or and guest service experience
- Attained at least 18 years of age from the date of apply for Attendant Jobs in Dubai
- Able to maintaining inventory and ordering supplies
- Have a background in maintenance, guest relations or logistics and strong attention to details
- Capability to standing for long periods of time or performing physically strenuous tasks
- Familiar with safety protocols and best practices such as sanitizing
Role & Responsibilities for Attendant Jobs in Dubai
- Greeting guests and responding to guest’s queries
- Replacing used bathroom amenities such as soap, shampoo and used towels
- Polishing and dusting room furniture
- Making beds and changing bed linen
- Vacuuming carpets, mopping and sweeping floors
- Emptying ashtrays and trash containers
- Cleaning public areas such as balcony, corridors and others
- Perform routine and general maintenance services
- Inform staff and clients of all products available for retail purchase
- Take the daily inventory of available products
- Book appointments, answer phones, sell gift cards, memberships and upgrades
