Role & Responsibilities:

  • Circulate and prepare the registered sales order on daily basis to the warehouse for delivery and allocation purpose.
  • Liable for processing and registering the LPO of clients of assigned sales person.
  • Issuing and generating peforma invoice, DO’s and Tax invoices
  • Verifying the product/ stock availability based on order confirmed by the sales team.
  • Booking the RMA and GRV against assigned customers of sale team
  • Offering customer back order, macro report and allocation report to sales team
  • For custom clearance, coordinate with nominated freight forwarder
  • Coordinating with procurement in order to get the status of material availability
