  • The role is varied and demanding an intense workload to delivered accurately and always on time.
  • Good emotional intelligence and assertiveness accompanied by respect is an essential quality.
  • A high proportion of the job will be spent in the office using telephone class, handling/ making email, and in face to face meetings with both external and internal clients.
  • Need to be calm, comfortable and always use a diplomatic approach on things.
  • Monitors and controls departmental costs on an on-going basis to ensure performance against budget.
  • To enhance performance providing constructive feedback to counsels, coaches and disciplines staff.
  • Many other activities which are necessary for the position
