Qualification Norms: Candidates must have 1 to 2 months working experience in fashion customer, sports and commercial focused retail environment and basic literacy, numeracy and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Use commercial and retail expertise to maximize sales opportunities by prioritizing merchandise flow to the sales floor
  • Aware of KPI targets, store sales as well as individual performance targets
  • Complete deliveries quickly and be a role model for stockroom operations
  • Comply with store procedures and policies to maintain a safe shopping and working environment

  • Complete all applicable training programs
